Installed Software Downloads

We are investigating the process of installing software and generating hashsets based on the installed files. Installed files are not currently included in the RDS.

The installation hashsets offered here have been created using virtual machines, to allow the storage and repetative processing of unchanging system states. The combinations of installation choices, available hardware, etc. are huge and are time consuming to work with and document. This is not a critical effort at this time, but these hashsets are offered as they may be of interest to the community.

If there is a specific software product for which you would need to have the installed hashes, we can take a request and deal with it as best we can. You may contact us at nsrl@nist.gov .
